Had an absolutely incredible back, shoulder and neck massage and a facial today by Michaela. I could not recommend highly enough! So warm welcoming, calming atmosphere and exceptional experience. I feel so pampered and recharged. She truly is amazing at what she does! Easy to find and easy to park which is always a big bonus too. I will be a regular customer x

I’ve been coming to Jennifer for a while now and kept seeing her posts about how amazing the facials were—so I finally decided to try one for myself, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Tested out the new head spa platinum package. I’ve been looking forward to this for a while and it didn’t disappoint. My hair is super soft and my scalp feels clearer. The treatment includes a back massage and mini facial so it’s the ultimate treat. Beyond relaxing! Highly recommend.

The treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the face and head massage. Thank you. Unfortunately it was a bit spoiled because my 6 pm appointment started 6:10, which is ok, but it finished 7 pm, which is 50 minutes. You advertise it as 1h and I believe it's reasonable to expect 1 h treatment, especially that it's quite expensive. When asked about it I was told it's 1h with setting up. If that's the case you should inform the customer or say it's 50 minutes. I loved it but I'm not sure I'd book it again for that price. Xx

Today I had a lovely experience as Kala did me an Indian head massage. It has been so long since I had one I almost forgot how good it was . From start to finish Kala made me feel comfortable. The effort and passion that goes into my massage each time I have one is always incredible. Kala makes each experience tailored to what needs concentrating on the most . I love that each time it’s a little different and each time I come away feeling so relaxed . I will deffo be booking in again some time soon . Thank you so much ❤️

Gorgeous facial oil & massage, felt like I’d had a facelift after! Jen is so welcoming and knowledgeable, zen atmosphere, VERY comfy bed, would certainly recommend and will be back!

The dermaplane facial is fantastic, Kim is great and I can have a laugh with her as we’re chatting. I just wish it lasted longer!!! The massage at the end is lush.

I would highly recommend and I will be back for more massages in the future! It was just what I needed, so calming and relaxing! Thank you

Amazing treatment! I had The Ultimate Indian Head Spa with Katie after a week-long headache, and she worked absolute magic. The scalp, neck, and facial massage melted my tension away. My headache was gone by the end, and I felt deeply relaxed and refreshed. Katie is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. Highly recommend!
