Loved my treatment and technician. However, I did not like the space. It is basically just a big room. When I get a massage or facial I like to be in a spa so probably won't go back. But my facialist was lovely!

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

Lovely, skilled facial and the most relaxing massage (face reflexology as part of the bespoke facial) with Jennifer today. She was hugely helpful with tips afterwards for my skin needs. Would highly recommend.

Wow. The sculptural face lift and intraoral massage was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Angela was fantastic and deserves all the praise and money, she was so good at explaining the steps of the facial and the pressure she applied was perfect - she worked so hard which I really appreciate. I can’t wait to book again. Amazing.

I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

Totally dreamy facial - this was a perfect blend of anti aging treatments but with the calm and generous massage elements of a regular one! If I could have this weekly I would.!

I booked a facial and back massage. I went away feeling 10 years younger and so relaxed. Renata understood I needed to relax and the whole experience was absolutely calming, relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend Renata for a pampering day. Looking forward to booking a full body massage next.

My treatment with Sorcha was amazing! I had the 60 min holistic facial and 30 min head, neck and shoulder massage. Sorcha was so mindful and created such a calming and nourishing environment. This was my first experience of a Buccal facial and it was an amazing experience. It was firm whilst being thoroughly relaxing. The internal massage wasn’t as awkward as I thought it would be - I could feel the benefit immediately. The therapist was highly skilled and knowledgeable. Will definitely return for further treatments here.

Anna is the most incredible Facialist. She has the hands of an angel and does such brilliant facial massage, plus gives the invaluable advice of someone who’s had her own skin journey and really puts the work in to be the best they can possibly be. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin.

I loved the buccal facial massage at Rose & River. I've been looking to try one for ages and hadn't been able to find the right place.
