My first time here and my first buccal massage here. It was fantastic, Claire really knows her craft. We had a good talk about my skin type, my needs etc. there was no rushing at all, it was chilled out and relaxed and I am already rebooking. The buccal massage was very very good, I was travelling a long way ( Port Talbot way)to a therapist for this kind of massage but I won't have to do that now Claire has opened up and is offering it. The place was easy to find, parking was not an issue either.

Had a lovely hour all to my self in the bath house, so nice, sauna, steam room, bucket shower, rain shower and a lovely hot bath with bubbles and bath bomb and next to it an ice bath, but the sort of baths that you can sit in or slouch in with your feet up. Just such a relaxing hour followed by and back massage and then facial. All so beautifully done I floated out thoroughly relaxed on the hottest day of the year. It was a lovely temperature inside the spa so thank you for working on such a hot day to give me such a lovely afternoon

I was so pleased Menevia was able to squeeze me in, my massage plus facial was really relaxing. I felt very well cared for, starting with a chat about my skin and any issues I was having. A massage of my hands was the normal thing while the face mask is on but because I'd said my neck was tight that was massaged instead. It was good to feel listened and attended to and next time I'm back in St David's I'll definitely make a booking again. Having seen the whole of the facilities a spa day or half day with a pedicure beckons. Thank you so much!

It is hard to imagine any spa more welcoming and less glitzy than Menevia in St Davids. It is worth a visit just to enjoy the uniquely relaxing environment and inspired use of space that Lucy has created. I have visited several times and can absolutely recommend the Menevia Melt: two hours of blissful massage that is tailored to suit. Sue is an amazing therapist - so caring, experienced and knowledgeable. She was happy to include a full body massage, some deeper tissue work, reflexology, a face massage and an Indian head massage. She really is the best!

I had three treatments today that I usually have but haven't made time recently. A friend sent me a gift card which spurred me on to make the booking. I've been before. I'm a carer and run a small business. Today I felt as if I'd really got away from my troubles. I even almost fell asleep as Lucy have my calves a workout and massaged my feet before my pedicure. Lovely! My eyebrows look much better, my toes and feet had a real pamper and Lucy really paid attention to the state of my feet, my cuticles, hard skin etc not just my nails. An attentive 1/2 leg wax brilliantly done.

Today I had facial along with a leg and foot massage, and it was hands-down one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. ​From the moment I walked in, Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She has such a warm, welcoming energy and an incredibly calming presence that instantly sets the tone for relaxation. The entire experience had such a serene, calming feel to it.
