This was first time with this treatment. It is most relaxing and comfortable hour of my life. If you find massage too intrusive, then this is perfect. No oils used so head and hair leave the same way as you went in.

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

Another fantastic microneedling and dermaplaning facial. This is my 3rd course of microneedling and I feel my skin is glowing, feels very refreshing and losds of people are noticing how glowing my face is 😁 I was really bad for breakouts around the mouth but since staring my dermoplaming treatments with Lynn I don't get anymore breakouts 😁 I would 100% recommend Lynn and look forward to next month's treatments.

Ellie was lovely, thankfully she was as chatty as me so felt right at ease. Very relaxing, almost dozed off a couple times. The head spa is one experience you need to have! I had my first hot stones massage since surgery on my shoulder and elbow and it was a great expereince. I was slightly apprehensive given all the issues I have had but Shabana put me totally at ease, and adjusted the pressure as required in that area. My shoulders feel better than they have in months following this treatment. Safe to say I will be booking in again

I had an amazing and incredibly relaxing Ishga facial with Shabana, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort at 35 weeks pregnant. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment, adjusting everything to suit my needs. The facial itself was rejuvenating, leaving my skin glowing and refreshed. This was the most amazing, gentle, tactile massage and facial ever. Luci was lovely and her touch is magic. I may have nodded off a few times because I was so relaxed.

Lynn is such a lovely person. I felt relaxed the moment I met her. Her room is so calming. I had a facial and shoulder massage. It was amazing. I'm busy Mum of 2 and I work.
