I went in with an open mind not really knowing a lot about somatic healing or what to really expect. I get massages often and she was very good AND the facial was probably one of the most luxurious experiences of my life. The emotional release was palpable and it was a safe place to release what isn’t yours to carry. 10/10 I highly recommend and would do again. Thank you for being my introduction to this journey of somatic healing.

Great experience, went on a little healing vacation for an hour and went way deeper than I expected. Helena was gentle with her guidance and has the most beautiful energy, I left her feeling lighter mentally and physically. Will be doing more sessions with her.

Helena is amazing! She listened to my story and made me feel safe and not judged right from the beginning. It was my first time experience of the imprinting stuff. It was a very liberating moment.
