The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and my jawline looked noticeably less puffy and more contoured afterwards. I'm definitely planning to be back, love your work Rosalie :)

My partner and I went to Newleaf Spa on Valentine’s Day for a couples massage, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had in Melbourne. Jesse and Tuna were both absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I had an amazing experience with Regan. I didn’t know what to expect but, with the informal chat at the beginning Regan listened with intent, explained what treatment she would perform and what to expect. It was absolute bliss, those magic hands did their thing. I left feeling lighter and relaxed and armed with information from Regan that all mad sense. I’m from Sydney and travel to Melbourne regularly and will make Soften and Regan part of my visit every time. Thankyou so much Regan 💚

It’s a really good place , I’ve never been to a skin care shop like this in Melbourne. My skin is usually very sensitive and I tried many other places but I never felt any effect. But when I came here I immediately noticed a difference. I highly recommend this place. It’s very cozy and the products are all very good. Rosali is very kind!!!

I think I have just had the best massage of my life. What a little gem this place is for Fitzroy St, and our St Kilda community. It’s like a little peaceful haven in the Astral apartments. The ambiance and decor immediately relaxes you. It smells so good too. Masseur Josephine worked on my very tight knotty muscles with such professionalism, and noted all the sore spots that needed attention. I do a lot of sport so appreciate my body can be hard work. I will definitely be back for another massage with Josephine. Thankyou!

I had the Luxury Head Spa treatment which was absolutely incredible; I had a long stressful day at work, it was a Friday night and it couldn’t come at a better time. I wasn’t sure what to except as I’ve never had anything like it, but I was instantly relaxed by the welcoming staff and calming atmosphere. The lovely lady who did my treatment was so sweet and professional. The face massage, head massage, hair mask and face mask was so amazing I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. I couldn’t recommend this treatment enough, I’ll definitely will be coming back 10/10!!!

I never had like this facial in Melbourne. Rosali is so knowledgeable and thorough! My skin sudden breakout few weeks ago. I really stressed out, but I met Rosali and my skin much better than before ! I can get the result directly. I definitely come back this lovely place ! Highly recommend !!
