I had such an amazing experience at The Pink Room today! I booked one of their packages and added a few extras, and they accommodated everything seamlessly with no fuss at all. The team was incredibly friendly, professional and the space itself is absolutely stunning. Aunty Phati did such an amazing job with my hair! I am so happy :) . Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited The Pinkroom for my monthly maintenance, and I had such a fun experience! The nails were done perfectly, as always. Noma took care of my eyebrows, and she did a flawless job! She also did my Hollywood wax, which was surprisingly relaxing and virtually painless—definitely the best wax I’ve had. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to buy any of the exfoliating products I wanted after my wax. On a positive note, I treated myself to some waffles with ice cream and a cappuccino, which were both delicious! Overall, another amazing visit, and I can’t wait to go back!

First time at the Pink Room and I am definitely going back. Faith was amazing, personable, funny and very professional. Happy with my nails and the outcome. I did a soak off, polgel and simple art. Lastly, the place is beautiful, inviting and calm.

Great experience. Learned a lot about lymphatic system and why lymph drainage massage is important. Therapist was gentle with me throughout the whole process.

The hydrohead spa was unbelievable with Chantal. So relaxing but next time I will plan better and do the Lymphatic drainage massage first but also such a great massage with Vicky who warned me about the pain. As usual, wonderful treatment and service from Being|Morningside
