My hair service was top notch as usual with Nadia. She is professional and provide honest recommendations. My hair color result was so beautiful and satisfying. I am very happy with the results. My only complaint is about the new furniture; while the update was nice, the new chair in hair station was not comfortable and caused me lower back pain. I hope the management would take some actions fixing this issue.

As usual, top coat is my favorite place in Khobar I loved the new design and it was impressing but unfortunately the seats are not comfortable for a session of 2 hours My legs are long and were obligated to be bent all the time and I ended up with a slight bruise on the back from the sink I am not complaining but would be grateful if you find a solution for that

As a black woman with Afro natural hair, I was pleasantly surprised that she took on the challenge and gently washed my hair thoroughly, gave me a great blow dry and proceeded to straighten it. She put so much effort and love into my haircut and made the whole experience best. I absolutely loved how she treated me and how perfectly she did my hair,couldn’t be happier✨.Just a small suggestion.. during the haircut I accidentally got scratched by a nail on my cheekbone which left a little scar maybe gloves could help prevent that in the future Other than that, everything was truly perfect. I’d 100% recommend,definitely coming back💓!
