The Fire Ritual at Quinto Elemento Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The entire 2.5-hour experience was deeply relaxing and soul-nourishing. It began with a beautiful meditation and soul awakening session, followed by time in the steam room that left us feeling completely renewed. This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

Ricardo did an incredible job with the facial, always making sure I was comfortable and leaving my skin radiating. When I come back to Tulum I’ll be sure to book again at this spa!

I go to this spa consistently when I am here in Tulum. I like the atmosphere and all the therapists are excellent. You really can’t go wrong. Today, I saw Bersabee and she was terrific as usual.

Oh my god, SO good. Ivania was so lovely. I went for the Ritual Tierra Individual while on my first trip to Tulum and I will be telling everyone at home about this. I am also a massage therapist and take great joy in experiencing other spas during my travels. I wish I could work at this one! Thank you for such a lovely experience.

This is a terrific spa. Ricardo was awesome as always. I have referred family and several friends, and to be honest, all the masseuses are outstanding. You can’t go wrong. Unfortunately, I’m leaving to go back to the states tomorrow and I am sincerely going to miss Quinto. I look forward to coming back next April!

I have been visiting Quinto for almost 2 years now. All of the massage therapists I’ve had are very good. Flor started out very slow, and gentle and I was almost going to ask for more pressure, but I thought I would just wait and see where she would take it. She ended up working on all of my problem spots. I was very pleased with the massage, and I was totally relaxed when she was done. This is a great spa facility. I always appreciate the little pastry and tea at the end. I bring all my friends and recommend it to guests. I highly recommend them!

I had a Swedish massage with Nina and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. She is very kind and skilled. I loved the spa itself as well with its house cardamom flavored water and hydrotherapy circuit featuring a red light therapy steam room, refreshing jet pool, and a rosemary and mint scented steam room. The exfoliating body scrub also had the rosemary mint scent I loved. Vianey from the front desk was also super sweet!! Highly recommend it!!!

Excellent atmosphere and professional staff. A unique Mayan ritual experience paired with spa exfoliant, wrap and massage . We are very pleased with the quality and price in a unique “ cenote” like space.
