Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

I am not usually a massage person but Tori put me at ease straight away. Tori really worked on the tension I arrived with and I feel great now. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! Sophie was so knowledgable and amazing. I felt so reassured and welcomed from the start. Sophie tailored the time to exactly what was needed for me specifically and worked on my areas of most tension and need in my back. She was patient, so skilled and absolutely amazing at what she does. I will definitely return, Thankyou so much Sophie my back neck and shoulders feel so much less stiff and tense!

It was lovely to see Jaydene again and to have my regular back massage. Tension can creep up in the shoulders and back without me really realising it, but Jaydene knows my usual trouble spots and expertly smooths them out, leaving me feel lovely and relaxed!

Had a such a good massage. Tori is so knowledgeable, professional and really puts you at ease. I had such tight muscles in my back area and Tori really sorted them out. I slept so well afterwards! Thank you!

Great, as always! Jaydene really works well on my back.

My daughter had a Japanese head spa done by the lovely Holly and she absolutely loved it, she has asked for another one! Holly also managed to fit me in for a mini treatment: back, neck and shoulder massage which really helped with my muscular pain. Highly recommend 👌

Emily is incredible! I have suffered chronic back pain for years, and have had many, many massages but Emily was game changing. For the first time in a long time, I am pain free and honestly feel inches taller. I live 45 minutes away and had my massage as part of a weekend away, but I am already planning a return trip. A 45 minute drive is worth it to feel this good after years of pain. Thank you Emily xx

1-1 Yoga session tailored to my needs loved every minute then followed by a massage perfect I felt as if my aches melted away came away feeling energised and soothed

I’ve been going to Sophie for treatments for a while now and she is absolutely brilliant! Mostly been for deep tissue massages on my back, not for the faint-hearted but very effective. Sophie is professional, knowledgable, friendly and excellent at what she does. Had a lymphatic drainage massage today, which was also fabulous!

Indian head massage absolutely dreamy, Elsie is extremely good at what she does, I have booked back in today for a back massage 45. If anyone is on the fence I would encourage you to go and you won't be disappointed ❤️

The back, neck and shoulder massage is great for me, as I tend to hold tightness in these areas. However, once Jaydene has worked her magic, finding every little knot and tight muscle, as she knows exactly where my trouble spots are, I leave with my shoulders loosened, and generally feeling nicely relaxed. Considering that when I first visited Jaydene, when my back was like a solid brick, she has worked wonders on loosening it all up, so I can highly recommend her massage skills.

I’ve had multiple massages with Pernilla and I try come back for more sessions as much as I can. I can’t express enough how amazing she is and I always look forward to Friday massages with her. I’m so glad I’ve found Massage 22 and I highly recommend booking with Pernilla. Thanks Pernilla, it’s always so great seeing you.

My first ever deep tissue massage, and my first ever appointment with Elise. Absolutely amazing experience! She worked wonders on the many areas of tension, and despite some (expected) ouchy moments working out the deep knots, I left feeling so much better physically and definitely a lot more relaxed. Just wish I had the money to have a couple of these every week! Room is lovely and cosy, absolutely adore the electric under blanket!Definitely deserves the 5 stars x
