Kasy is very experienced and really knows her stuff. She worked her way through my many knots relieving a lot of tension especially in my back and legs. I had the most amazing Ultimate Head Spa experience with Charlotte today and honestly can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after.
