The deep tissue back massage was fabulous! Katie expertly targeted all the knots and tension in my back & helped relieve the nagging shoulder pain that I’ve had for several months now. She was attentive to my comfort level and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and significantly more mobile. I’ve booked in again!

Amazing! I have been coming to KH therapies for a while now, but wanted to try something different. The facial and back massage were so relaxing and I slept like a baby the night after my treatment. Not to mention my skin feels incredible!

I’ve been coming to KH therapies for a few years now, and no other place compares for massages. Katie makes you feel so welcome, you instantly feel relaxed and the massages are 10/10. It’s the only place I can go to for a massage and not worry if I fall asleep, meaning I can totally relax. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰

I absolutely love my treatments with Beth. I had the trick or treat halloween package. The back massage was amazing and the facial was 10/10.. my skin is still glowing. Always a such a relaxing and warm setting,Beth always makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful as always. Back feels much better after massage, and the acupuncture has really helped.

My first visit and Holly soon put me at ease. After completing the required contact details/medical form she explained what she would be doing to help ease my lower back issues and the various options she could use. She gave a good, firm and very beneficial sports massage, in fact I could feel the difference immediately I stood up. The tightness was greatly eased. I'm so pleased I immediately booked another session for after my return from holiday. Thanks Holly
