The deep tissue back massage was fabulous! Katie expertly targeted all the knots and tension in my back & helped relieve the nagging shoulder pain that I’ve had for several months now. She was attentive to my comfort level and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and significantly more mobile. I’ve booked in again!

Very good, was extremely helpful as I have been suffering with back pain for sometime. Even helped me with some stretches to try and it was instant relief after trying the stretches, highly recommend.

Holly came up with plenty of excellent reviews and so, naturally, I booked in with her I had my first appointment with her today and I can already feel the difference! Katie was so welcoming and lovely. The back massage was exactly the right level of pressure, but the indian head massage was the highlight. I felt like I was floating for 45 minutes. I will definitely be booking in again soon!

The best Sports Massage in Stourbridge!

Walked in with severe pain in my lower back - a few questions and Holly got to work - I then walked out pain free! So grateful Holly squeezed me in at such short notice.

I receive a neck, shoulder and back massage by Michelle today and it was fantastic. The relief I now feel after months of pain is brilliant, she truly has exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait for my next one, thank you so much! Michelle also made me feel very relaxed and at ease x

Had a back neck and shoulder massage with Michelle. It was excellent. I like someone to use pressure as suffer with loads of tension and deep knots. She got right into them. Thoroughly recommend this. ❤️❤️

What a wonderful experience at Nakham Therapy! I had the Eden Encounter massage and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish Naomi was so warm, friendly, and professional - she really made me feel at ease and I knew I was in safe hands straight away.
