Frances was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, and we talked over my issues before the back/neck/shoulder massage. The massage itself was great, the right pressure for me, my problem areas were worked on, I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt so relaxed afterwards that I went home and fell asleep 😊😴. I would recommend, and will be returning for more therapies👍🏻 I will definitely return for more therapies

I have been using James regularly for over a year now and would definitely recommend! After a stressful few months he has really helped ease the built up tension and tightness in my muscles; always leave feeling so much more relaxed.

I have been visiting James every week for just over a year now and every session is different. I suffer with bad knots in my shoulders,neck pain and sciatica, I can honestly say after every session I walk out feeling like a new me. He works on the areas that need the most attention and gives it 100%everytime. He is very attentive and it’s so easy to become relaxed around him with him being so professional. I can’t thank James enough.

I’ve been to James for over a year on a regular basis because of problems that I had with my shoulders ,back/spine & hips. He is very professional, makes you feel relaxed & comfortable, leaving his sessions feeling amazing. James knows exactly what he’s doing & offers good advice with exercises to do at home if needed.
