I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I booked a 2hr session as was in a great deal of discomfort with extreme tight muscles in my back and arms. My therapist worked comfortably to release the muscle but within my pain tolerance. She was able to determine what areas needed attention just from my body language and tailored my session to focus on those areas. I left with relaxed muscles, no tension or pain which was just what I needed. Will definitely go back monthly to ensure I don’t revert back. Super professional, attentive, and great value for money. Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

This lady knows real Thai massage. I have a small problem with my lower back and shoulder - was at work and so busy can't be off due to bad back. As the old saying goes no pain no gain. I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had.
