It was a very relaxing start to the week! Charlotte was so lovely and accommodating. My 16 week old boy came with me and Charlotte helped ensure we were both comfortable throughout the session, including tailoring the massage when he needed a cuddle. The tension in my shoulders feels so much better. Would definitely recommend The retreat to any new mums.

I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

Charlotte is so welcoming. The retreat really is a beautiful place to relax. I love the fact I could bring my baby in those early post partum days. Today I left my baby at home with my mum. It is the first time I’ve managed to switch off completely in months. I am so grateful I found this place!

A gorgeous experience from start to finish. The treatment room is beautifully tranquil, and I left my massage feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I may have even drifted off momentarily as it was just so relaxing. Would recommend to any expectant mums - at 35 weeks I was made to feel so comfortable and looked after.
