I've had many massages and Nicola's was one of the best I've ever had. The deep tissue was perfectly firm, and slowly and smoothly worked out a few knots. I had a lymphatic drainage massage for 1hr 30 and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Nicola was so kind, warm and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I’ve since felt so much lighter in myself. I can’t thank you enough. I’ll definitely be back🩷

Fantastic as always. I don’t know what I would do without Sharon. I have regular deep tissue massages for back spasms and problems whilst I wait for a hip replacement; ok it’s not a cure but I it helps so much to keep me as active as I possibly can be especially prior to surgery. She is so caring and I’m so glad I found her.

Absolutely loved my cupping treatment with Gemma. As someone who suffers with back pain a lot, I've had many treatments of different kinds over the years and nothing has ever hit those tense and achy muscles as well as the massage with cups did. Gemma was great throughout and created a wonderfully comfortable and serene atmosphere and checked in with me throughout. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.
