Nicky was great, I have issues with my lower back and she picked up that straight away. It was a fantastic combination of pain and relaxation as she got all my knots out and left me feeling relaxed and ready to go. I booked in for a pregnancy massage very last minute with Gosia after struggling with back pain. It was the best decision I could have ever made. Gosia made me feel so comfortable and took so much care during my treatment. Her setup is lovely and so relaxing. I will be back!

I wasn’t sure if it was good decision to book 2,5h session of massage & facial at the place I never been but my severe pain in my neck & swollen legs were in need of care asap. LADA is my opinion is a doctor, she applied medicine rub on parts of my neck, super professional and highly experienced , super hardworking & ever so simply kind, amazing lady! Then different Lily walked in to do my facial & finished off with skilled back/neck mini massage. The boss lady is welcoming also. I had many massages in different areas of Thailand but this ladies are so skilled & professional, the best ever!

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my entire life!! (And I've had a lot of massages!). Nicky found knots I've had for years and really worked on them. I thought after all this time of having them, it wouldn't be possible to work them out (other masseuses have tried and failed!), but Nicky really got in there and made me feel so limber! I haven't felt this supple in years! I will 100% be back here as regularly as I can. The staff are so friendly and kind, and seem to know exactly what you need. I'm so happy to have found such an incredible massage place!

I recently had the most relaxing Indian head ritual by the lovely Laura. It started with a beautiful back neck and shoulder massage, followed by a gorgeous face and scalp massage. Had my first visit to Maddi today. Welcomed in, explained to me what was what and made sure I was comfortable. She has a very nice set up out the way and quiet. I had a hot stone massage to help with my back pain which I explained to her and she took that on board with some advice to help. I would recommend her to those seeking any of the treatments provided. I will be back for sure

A Kobido facial is now going to be my go to treatment - loved it!! It was a deep tissue massage on your face & neck which you can really feel working, it was both relaxing yet rejuvenating! I could literally feel the tension melting away from my face, especially around my jaw and forehead. What I loved most was the immediate glow afterwards. My skin looked noticeably brighter, firmer, and more lifted, but still completely natural. It wasn’t just about appearance either, I left feeling deeply relaxed. I feel this would be a great treatment to have before an event as feels like a mini facelift!
