This was my second Hydrafacial and I can already feel my skin is glowing and clearer. What really stood out was how much care and attention Neelam gave throughout the treatment. She took her time, explained each step, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Neelam was reassuring and professional, which made the experience even better. I come here pretty regularly. Their appointment scheduling and cancelation systems are well set up. The admin staff is flexible to changes in scheduling. The massage therapists know what they're doing & they are doing it well! Iv been a regular customer since Summer 2025

I recently had an amazing experience with laser hair removal at this salon, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The technician who performed the procedure was absolutely fantastic—she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What I loved the most was how gentle the treatment was; I barely felt any discomfort, which was a pleasant surprise! After just one session, I noticed significant results, and I’m excited to see how much more effective it will be with further.

Had my nails done at The Dolls London and honestly, such a lovely experience. The space is sooo beautiful, calm, clean, and just has a really nice vibe. Geza did my nails and she’s honestly the sweetest. So gentle and really takes her time to get everything perfect. I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Can’t wait to come back!!

Loved my pedicure at The Dolls London in Hendon! Super clean, really friendly staff, and they took their time to do everything properly. They used fiber gloss nails, never heard about it before but I’m obsessed with the result. So professional and chill at the same time. Definitely coming back
