Mia is a wonderful therapist and knew exactly what my aching postpartum body needed. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and after the full body massage I felt like I had been reborn. I've had many massages before but this was a first from Mia and wow. I cannot wait to come back.

I don't really have the words to describe the quality of the massage Llinos gave me, but from start to finish it was wonderful. So much so that a couple of days later the intense pain through my neck, back and legs have virtually disappeared to the extent where I'm not trying to alleviate the pain myself. I went for a relaxation massage but also mentioned I’d been having problems with my back and neck. Ceri was absolutely brilliant — she understood exactly what was going on and worked on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was just right, firm where it needed to be, but she always checked that I was comfortable. By the end I felt like a huge weight had been lifted — relaxed, lighter, and completely at ease. Ceri really does have a gift!

My first visit to Healing Hands: beautiful treatment room, Sian was very friendly and welcoming. I had the buccal massage as I hold a lot of anxiety tension in my jaw and suffer occasional TMJ pain. The treatment was very nice and my jaw felt looser after the first treatment. I'll definitely be back, it's great to be able to give this tricky area some tlc, and get a lovely facial, head and neck massage at the same time.

Another fantastic deep tissue massage with Lois. She really worked at the the knots and tried to release the tension along my spine. Lois (as has always been my experience with Healing Hands) is very knowledgeable about muscle structure and took the time to explain the issues she could see with my back and possible causes and ways to help ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

Beautiful relaxation in the spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Good and firm back, neck and shoulder massage by Megan and finish off with a mini facial a a drink in the relaxation room. Feel very chilled and smell lovely after all the lotions and potions. Thank you Megan and the Team at Bodysgallen, you never disappoint us, it's a very special place for my sister and myself to visit. Keep up the great work.

Was really impressed, when I thought it was at a home , I was thinking just a table in the living room , But this was a fully functional room for all the treatments that Ann explained all about when I ask about different treatments , And the deep tissue massage for the back did the trick feels miles better

I had a regular back cleanse and massage, followeb by a cryo (cold therapy) facial. Fabulous experience as always in a very relaxed environment. I can highly recommend experienced Spa therapist Roisin as being highly skilled, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Everything first class, this is my go to place.
