I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

I went for the powder brows which I have not had before. Sam was very informative and explained the whole process start to finish. As she was marking my brows, she explained what the treatment involved thoroughly. Even during the treatment she kept me in the loop and I felt very at ease with no pain at all. Amazing service provided and I will definitely go back for more treatments!

Wonderful. As an NHS nurse my shoulders, back, neck, knees and feet take a battering and my stress levels are high. I had microneedling and I was extremely nervous as it was the first time, and not only did Hollie put me at ease but the procedure was easy and there was hardly any redness, I am really happy with the results, so much so that I have booked a follow up appt in 6 weeks. Hollie is extremely knowledgeable and the service she offers id first class. I can fully recommend her.
