What an amazing experience! The room was tranquil and the bed relaxingly warm. Selda gave me a deep tissue massage which was outstanding. She kept checking about the pressure and if I was uncomfortable in a position she used small pillows to help. I had a lot of tension in the neck, shoulders and back which she worked so hard to relieve for me. I cannot praise her more highly and look forward to visiting again.

I received a very warm welcome from Claire, she was professional and informative and I felt at ease straight away. The massage was something else, incredibly relaxing. I was also given some advice afterwards, and have booked another appointment too.

I come here all the time and always have such a lovely experience. Ken is so attentive, has such a calming presence, and really knows his stuff. The hot stone massage is amazing, so relaxing. Highly recommend Rouke and the Wellness Centre.

Just had the Baby it’s Cold Outside package. Never felt so relaxed. The back massage got rid of all my knots and stress and then there was the bonus of the foot massage, facial and ending with a scalp massage. Amazing. Didn’t want it to end. I am really hoping that Rachel puts together a similar package for Mother’s Day (hint, hint 😉), so that I can get in for another one soon.

I had a massage and facial with Lauren today, when I walked in I was in pain with my back with a sty on my eye and a growth on my face. When I walked I out, I left feeling brand new, with a clear face and eye. Lauren catered the whole experience to my personal needs. She works meticulously, carefully and lovingly. I Highly recommend.

Great back, shoulder and neck massage by Lisa. First time I have experienced being sat ‘upright’ in the chair. Felt very safe re Covid precautions and I felt the benefit of the massage straightaway .

Claire is such an amazing holistic massage therapist. I have tried physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, and none of them have gotten close to helping my chronic back/neck pain. Most just charge a lot of money as they fill in forms and look at you, whereas Claire at Bien Etre is an expert at deep tissue massage. I'm so glad I found her!

Caitlin was fabulous - very knowledgeable, chatty and makes a top coffee. She also cut and styled my hair to perfection - will definitely be back.

Today I booked in for a back massage, my first visit to the salon, it’s beautiful and smells amazing. The room was very cosy and comfortable, I instantly felt at ease and relaxed. My therapist was very professional, informative & friendly as we spoke throughout my treatment which I didn’t mind I actually really enjoyed the chat, The massage was so good, just the right amount of pressure and lovely techniques, the salon is local to me and with how at ease I felt and how friendly my therapist was I will definitely return for regular massages & try more treatments. Would highly recommend. X
