Amazing as always. Hot stone back massage again this time although have had Reiki treatments and head massage also. Thoroughly enjoyable relaxing experiences. Has also fixed a few aches and pains.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Just had a wax from Claire. I can honestly say it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. Claire made me feel so welcome, I was put at ease and I felt I could tell her anything. I absolutely love coming here, no matter if it’s Ashley or Claire doing your waxing the treatment is unmatched by any other waxing therapist in Dundee and Angus. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give a million star review I would and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how good they are xx

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage with an Express Facial treatment which was brilliant. I felt so relaxed and Natalie was so friendly and kind. The massage was lovely, my back and shoulders feel much less tense now. The facial made my skin feel really hydrated & soft. Also, all of the products used smell so nice. Overall a great first experience!

I had an amazing massage at Identity. The atmosphere was peaceful, and my therapist, IIyana, was professional and attentive. She focused on all the back neck and shoulders, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful way to spend a Sunday starting with a Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. The Comfort Zone Signature facial was gorgeous. Ilyana is professional and has a lovely technique. Treated myself to a little mini skincare kit too. Have booked my next treatment which I look forward to.

So glad I finally got booked, Ashley was lovey makes you feel at ease, just chats away which I love. I’m very happy with my Hollywood & that I’ve found my new wax place that’s only a 5 minute walk from where I live, doesn’t get much better.
