As usual Libby was polite, explained everything in detail and made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Libby is particularly good at isolating the knots in my back! I feel wonderful now! Libby made sure I was comfortable at all times and asked me exactly what I would like from the massage, I asked her to target the knots in my back and shoulders which she did really well! Well after learning men can have as much done as ladies in the refinery rooms I opted for a full body massage. Had one about 10 years ago but jeeezz been under osteo for last 20 years but after an hour on that bed it felt amazing. I can honestly say I’ve had no pain or my usual twinges all day. On another note not knowing what to expect Alison made me feel very comfortable being in the right hands 🤣 excuse the pun. Will be going back also trying out some other types of treatments. Thanks again 😊

Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. I even left with a Christmas gift! 10/10 all round, I will definitely be back 🦋🌿🥰

I had a Swedish body massage with Hannah, she was lovely, friendly and put you at ease. She explained everything and carried out a very good relaxing massage. Also as it is hot at the moment, she had a cool fan on, which made the experience more comfortable and the room was very ambient with relaxing music.

It was my first time visiting. First impressions was of a bright, clean and tidy, busy barbers. I was greeted warmly, and didn't have to wait long for my haircut. Mandy was friendly, and we were soon chatting away. She cut my hair just the way I asked, and was really pleased with the end result. It didn't feel rushed despite how busy they were Many thanks to Mandy, and I will certainly be back!
