Took my mum who has never had a sports massage before (she is in her 90s). Saima was very accommodating as my mum couldn’t lay flat. She helped my mum with a bad neck and pain in her arm. She enjoyed it very much and has some relief to the pain. She is back again in a few weeks and looking forward to it. She found it very relaxing.

The location is a wonderful building, very central and easily accessible. Saima was delightful from start to finish, welcoming me with a genuine smile and interest and showing me to the massage room all prepared with relaxing music and delightful aromas. I had a 90-minute massage with Lucy at Albion Therapy and it was absolutely amazing! Her therapy room is spacious, peaceful, and instantly calming. Lucy really took the time to listen to what I wanted and tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. The balance of relaxation and just the right amount of pressure was spot on – I left feeling both deeply relaxed and refreshed. Honestly, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Andrea was amazing at massaging out all my stress and tightness. She was able to adapt the session once I explained I had a very tight neck. Kirsty is excellent at eyebrow threading and shaped my brows perfectly—nice and sharp, just how I wanted them. The only feedback I have is regarding a slight delay, as I was taken in about 10 minutes late. That said, I understand this could have been due to the busy Christmas season.

Fantastic experience with Dora. I came in for a deep tissue massage after a heavy week of training and some soreness, and she worked wonders. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and the massage was amazing - I left feeling completely refreshed and brand new. This was my second visit and I will definitely be coming back every month.
