From the online booking system which is easy to navigate, to arriving to my appointment and being greeted by a member of staff who was helpful and polite. Sitting down with Maja, who put me at ease straight away and explained what I was having done, checked in with me to make sure I was happy with what was being done and was friendly. Will definitely be back.

Abby was absolutely fantastic! It had been nearly three years since my last hair cut in a salon and she was amazing. I had no idea what I wanted and she had a great idea. When the appointment was finished I couldn't believe how beautiful my hair looked! Will definitely be going back

First visit to House of Luxxe and I was really impressed! The salon is absolutely lovely—clean, stylish, and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and chatty, which made the whole experience even better. I had an appointment with Georgia for a full set of gel nail extensions and I couldn't be happier with the results. She understood exactly the look I was going for and is clearly a perfectionist—my nails are beautiful! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
