I’ve had a lot of pregnancy massages, but this was the first time someone truly helped with my pain. She found all the right spots, and worked on them effectively! I left feeling noticeably better, with much less tension and discomfort than when I arrived. If you’re pregnant and struggling with aches and pains, I highly recommend booking here. As per usual, it was and is, the best massage and facial experience on the Gold Coast. I am a regular customer and always come away feeling amazing, pampered and relaxed.

I go to Flex Beauty & Aroma every few months, as it is by far the best massage and facial I have ever had on the Gold Coast. I always come away feeling relaxed and floating 🥰

Had a couple services while on holidays to Gold Coast. Not for the faint of heart. Like some parlours, massages will press deep into muscle knots, but they do offer softer massaging , and pleasant massage always follows. Facility is calm, staff is beautiful. All happy

Pirrenee was sent by the gods. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out straight away. Pirrenee took the time to understand exactly where I was holding tension and tailored everything perfectly. The pressure was perfect for what needed to be done, and I walked out feeling refreshed and noticeably better physically.
