Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Can’t believe I Found a really clean clinic with a knowledgeable practitioner. Lauren has great skin knowledge and didn’t rush my treatment or listening to my needs. Facial with Su was 10/10. Very welcoming & relaxing atmosphere. Personable advice and treatment, whilst listening to my skin needs.
