I had an amazing time at this spa. I have visited manly luxury spas in Toronto, and this is by far my favourite. Very clean, and such amazing staff. My massage therapist Wendy was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will return again soon.

This was an exceptional spa experience! I am very grateful for the team of women who made my bachelorette party feel welcomed and relaxed. This is one of the finest spas in Toronto, and I highly recommend it. Although I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, I was still welcomed and treated like royalty. If you're looking for a place where you can feel pampered and appreciated as a valued customer while receiving top-notch service, this is definitely the right spot for you.

I had the most amazing experience at Pemberley Springs! The space is very clean and extremely comfortable, always making sure I was taken care of. My favourite was the hot jacuzzi with jets, and I definitely recommend the Rose Quartz facial. The perfect way to end the day after the treatment were with the fruits, refreshments, and a dessert. Overall, highly recommend!

Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! Keep up the great job!!!

My shellac manicure with Maria was great as usual. My facial with Madeleine was awesome as usual. I love this spa Madeleine has been doing my facials for the last 12 years. Not only does she care of my face at the spa, but she also makes sure I buy the right products to ensure I continue the routine at home. Thanks for taking care of my skin and nails and for making me feel like I’m a Bio customer when I go there every month❣️

This spa was absolutely amazing. I visited with my mom for her birthday and they provided the great experience for her. My mom had Ultra Firm VMAX Facial with Virginia and I had Gha Sha with Julia, they were top notch. Girls at the front desk was super kind and caring, they made great impression of the place :) I will definitely visit again!

First pedicure since Covid and it was perfect. Lovely, clean surroundings and my technician, Maria, was very skilled and super friendly. Also well ventilated and airy - no chemical odors whatsoever.

Amazing experience, great staff and facilities was clean and luxurious.. will definitely be returning. Best birthday present!!

Nadine is the BEST nurse injector EVER. I got filler for my lips and Botox. My lips are exactly how i wanted them, and she is so pleasant and gentle! Love her work. The spa is nice and clean, newly renovated and gentle lighting. Nadine is the lady to go to if you want someone who knows what they're doing, and listens to what you want. Highly recommend.

Took my brother’s finacée to celebrate and it was lovely. Great service from the moment you walk through the door; friendly staff. The facilities are CLEAN and cleaners regularly come into the change rooms and washrooms to maintain. Well-stocked with necessary toiletries (even toothbrushes!) and slippers, robes, and towels provided—just bring yourself! The massage was deep and incredible. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room before our massage. Lots of room to lounge, or to work (there are work tables). Was delighted with our tray of sweets and berries after our treatment. Thoroughly felt pampered

This was my first time visiting Pemberley and the experience was amazing! Of course the ambience and aesthetics are on point but what I didn't expect was the above and beyond service - I've never felt so much like a VIP before and I truly appreciate how special the whole staff made me feel, I could definitely have spent hours there. Mia was very attentive to my comfort and asked all the right questions to give me the best service. My skin is still glowing from the facial and you can barely tell I even had my stubborn blackheads extracted. Thank you so much for the lovely day!
