Really nice! Very relaxing, only things that would be better adjusted was the volume of the music - it was uncomfortably loud at first - unsure if there were works in the hotel that they were trying to conceal with the music? Also, to include the neck area in the facial as it stopped at the jawline. Everything else was great 👌

I had a 90 minute Hot stone massage my therapist was Deanna she remembered me from a previous massage, I asked for light massage & she was perfect in all aspects during the service. So gentle so caring with her massage mannerism a gorgeous lady whom is a perfectionist I will definetely be requesting her again in the future 5 stars for exceptional service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have recently had a facial specially tailored to my sensitive skin. I struggle with dry and dull looking skin that is super sensitive to everything. Anastasia has brought my skin to life. I walked away with glowing, hudrated and beautiful looking skin. Got my brows and lashes done too.

Oh my goodness I cannot fault the experience I had And I am from the industry. I’ve owned a day spa so my standards are very high. The Training their staff get must be amazing The treatment was just perfect absolutely everything from the moment. I walked in to everything about the therapist. I’m hearing impaired and I wanted to have my hearing aids out. I was concerned that she might try and talk to me and she didn’t. This was actually the best day experience I’ve ever had And the prices were surprisingly affordable

Great massage and facial

Anastasia is so lovely and professional who you can fully trust with your skin becuase of her extensive experience in the skin care industry. My skin felt like pure silk after my customised facial! Not only was it relaxing and customised for my skin, but it was not expensive like other facials around Gold Coast. Definitely would recomend and coming back to Anastasia for sure!

Amazing! Island escape package was perfect for a ladies day out. The massage and facial was pure luxury!
