My waxing appointment was pleasant. I booked an appointment with Naini, and only found out on arriving that I would be seen by another therapist. I value sound communication, and would have preferred to have been informed of a change of therapist before my appointment.

Today I had a facial with Roupal. Roupal goes to a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable and warm and the facial felt very luxurious. A reasonably new experience for me but one I will be repeating. I have been seeing Roupal for a little while and I can definitely see so much improvement in my skin. She is very focused on you, the individual. Such a little treasure, tucked away in The Village Pharmacy!

Beautiful salon, friendly staff, very knowledgeable. The products used were great and went into great detail to explain what I was having done. Made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend the facials anymore from here 10/10 thank you and will see you soon!

I had booked a facial with Roupal. It was, as expected, really terrific, not only relaxing but a lovely sensory experience with neck massage etc. and with premium quality products. My skin looks and feels great and Roupal takes the time to discuss this afterwards. Looks really 'nourished' and fresh. Will definitely do this again. Well worth every dollar.
