I went here for a face cleanup for the first time and had an amazing experience. My skin feels so fresh and I would definitely come back. The staff member who did my treatment (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was extremely gentle and thorough — she didn’t rush at all and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Excellent customer service overall and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try it out!

I had my Lemon Bottle procedures done by Funke, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is incredibly warm and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. I had a lot of questions, probably more than most would, but she patiently answered every single one in detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise and the care she takes in her work are truly evident and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. I felt in safe hands the whole time. Just had a Herbal peel and it was good. She explained what to expect during the process before she started. She gave possible scenarios to expect after the procedure and how to care for my facial skin for the next few days. The process was really mild and wasn't intense like I expected. She's truly professional and easy going, answered all my questions even told me if I have any questions during the coming days to not hesitate and reach out to her. 10/10 for sure.
