As a returning customer, this was my first experience with "New Skin Treatment," and certainly a unique one, especially considering the variety of facial treatments I have tried in the past. If you are sensitive to discomfort, I would recommend discussing any concerns with the Esthetician beforehand. The procedure was carefully explained, with clear instructions provided at each step. The team was thorough and attentive, addressing my questions with great care. Aftercare instructions were also provided to ensure optimal results following the treatment. I'm excited to see my results.

Overall it was awesome. Relaxing because the staff maintain the quiet environment, friendly staff and they did a great job with the treatment and facial massage. I’m very satisfied and I will definitely come back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was my first time there and I loved it! I brought my mum with me and we both enjoyed it sooo much. The ladies were so welcoming. Definitely going to start going there for regular facials :)

Visited on a scorching hot day and was welcomed with friendly smiles and cold drinks. The store is newly renovated with a bright yet cosy feeling + extremely comfy daybeds. I was talked through each step of the process so I knew what to expect. I went for the Signature facial which involved of exfoliation and a thorough cleansing of dead skin using a gentle, non invasive extraction of blackheads and whatever gunk I had trapped in my pores. My skin was replenished with serum via cryotherapy and ended with a hydration mask (which was thoroughly needed as I was sunburnt). Walked out glowing!

My 12-year-old daughter's first facial was a highly positive experience at clearn charm face shop, and I recommend this service to all teenagers. The professionalism staff was exceptional.

Mum and I visited the Clean Charm Face Wash Bar in Cabramatta recently. We had their signature facial treatment and it was an absolute bliss! My stressed and dehydrated skin felt so nourished and moisturised after the treatment. It was a much needed pamper and we can't wait to go back! 😊
