Was greeted warmly by the consultant and made very welcome. I booked the deep cleanse facial and had the cleanse, exfoliant, steam and extractions. The consultant asked me a few times how the steam was or if I was ok with the extractions which was very good customer service. The consultant was very nice and professional, but I didn’t feel the pampering experience. The last time I had a facial at Spring Spa, the consultant Lucy was excellent in her flowing technique massaging my face and decollage. This time my experience with this consultant was just ok, felt like me just cleaning my own face.

I had an amazing experience at Alma. The lymphatic massage and facial extraction left me feeling renewed. The place is welcoming and relaxing. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and just great to talk to!

Amazing experience with Dermal Therapist Raphaela. Raphaela is very considerate, professional and thorough. Would strongly recommend the Luxury Hydrofacial + Lymphatic Drainage Facial Massage + LED Light Therapy! Its luxurious and has made my skin look so good again. Loved it !! :)

It was amazing facial treatment. After consultation Raphaela did a facial specifically for my skin type. The room is beautiful and the chair/bed very comfortable. Free car parking. Thanks Raphaela!! I will be back.

Today I received a deep cleanse facial from Sandra. I was running late and was all flustered when I arrived. She calmed me down and assured me that it is all good. Take a big breath and relax. We had a wonderful chat about my current beauty regime where she provided me with advice on how I can make minor changes to benefit in the long term. My facial was sublime and the difference it made to my skin afterwards was instantly noticeable. So clean, fresh and bright. I'm so impressed I have booked for another appointment and can't wait. 🙂

The best facial I have ever had. Much better than all the major spa places such as endota and fantastic value for money. The products used were of high quality and the clinic was absolutely gorgeous. Raphaela tailored all the products used to me and took her time to explain everything involved in the hydra facial. My skin is feeling and looking fantastic . I would recommend Raphaela to all my friends and family.
