I can’t wait to get booked in again!! I’ve had a morning of being pampered with Louise in her beautiful salon. I had a Hot Stone back massage followed by a Spa Find facial, both treatments were amazing and so relaxing. Thank you Louise I’ll be seeing you again soon 🥰

Had a lovely full body massage this afternoon and the Spa Corner. Felt so comfortable and relaxed, this was my first visit and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Was amazing I was late due to not being from the area and sat nav messed up lady helped me find the salon over the phone. Wow was more then I expected I could of happily been in there for longer soo so relaxing I’m so sleepy now well needed after over working myself.all the products used smelt amazing the arm massage was amazing the hot towel and facial felt amazing the tricking of the head spa felt great and so did the steam hood and the hot eye mask 10 out of ten I will be telling every one to have one of these keep doing what your doing ! Also the salon was a very calming space.

I see Sandra every month for a full-body massage, and she’s the best! From the moment I walk in, I feel relaxed — the space is always clean, peaceful, and has such a calming vibe. Sandra is super friendly and makes me feel completely comfortable every time. Her massages are amazing — perfect pressure, super thorough, and she always finds and works out all the tight spots. I leave every session feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed! You can tell Sandra truly loves what she does, and it shows in the care and attention she gives each session. I can't recommend Sandra enough!

I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

I’ve so far enjoyed five facial treatments with Magda, most recently (yesterday) the Glam Skin treatment. It was almost two hours of relaxation and pampering which included a number of different techniques, including a very gentle facial peel, LED light therapy, application of luxurious feeling serums and creams, microcurrent which felt like my face was being given a workout! The treatment includes a heavenly facial massage and finishes with a soothing face mask. All in all I felt very spoilt!! Today my skin feels amazing and I look fresher and brighter. Try it! You won’t be disappointed ☺️

I Recently moved to Kent and really struggled to find someone good to do my waxing treatments until I met Vicki at the Beauty Ritual. The experience with Vicki is always fabulous and the waxing is painless, quick and I am always pleased with the results. I have also had facials with Vicki and again she provides a welcoming and enjoyable experience. It is my favourite place to go to relax and for a chat! Highly recommend Vicki for any treatments!

I’ve been to the spa before and have always had a relaxing experience where I feel I am being taken care of and this was no exception! Sarah was so warm and lovely, I’ve never had a holistic facial before but that felt amazing, and I left leaving good on the outside and inside which was a much needed treat! Amazing japanese head spa. Total relaxation and my hair is in incredible condition today (the next day). It was fascinating to see my scalp under the magnifier before we started, and then see how much cleaner and healthier it looked after the specialized wash and treatment.

I will only ever go to Wildrose for my nail, masssge and facial regular appointments. Rosie is extremely professional, and the quality of her work is exceptional (no one does better gelish manicures and pedicures than she does!). And to add to all of that, you just have a really nice time. A cup of coffee, and chat all in a beautifully “scandi” styled space. Just book, and go.

The space was clean, calming, and well organised, which immediately put me at ease. Cassie was thorough, gentle, and made the whole process feel effortless. The wax itself was quick, painless, and the results were incredibly smooth with no irritation afterward. I really appreciated the focus on hygiene and the helpful aftercare tips she provided. If you’re looking for a salon that prioritises both comfort and great results, highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated and clean space with very calming atmosphere. Treatment was performed with professionalism. Fay has a wonderful personality, very knowledgeable and caring. As I have bad shoulder, Fay had to adapt her manourvers to care for my needs. Definitely recomend 100% and I will be back.

My first ever facial was an absolute dream - one day later and my face is smoother, brighter and feels sparkly clean! Jess was lovely and informative and explained every step to me. She told me some realistic changes I can make it my daily routine that are realistic and won’t break the bank, either. Fab experience - will def be back :)
