My visit to the clinic was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was calming and luxurious, making it the perfect place to unwind. The facial treatment itself was beyond my expectations. The specialist took the time to assess my skin's needs and tailored the treatment accordingly. Every step felt incredibly soothing, and the products used were of the highest quality. I had such a pleasant experience for my first Japanese head spa treatment! It was super relaxing and my hair feels so clean and healthy after the treatment! I love everything from the clinic, to the little service of the snacks and water and the process of showing your scalp before and after with the camera. I also was very happy with how educational the girl I had was with the questions and concerns I had about my hair! I have left feeling very happy and learnt some more details on how to better take care of my hair! I would love to come back again one day! 100%%% recommend ✨✨

The staff are very nice and despite being nervous at first (it was my first time doing anything spa-related), I soon relaxed into it. My scalp looked much better afterwards and my hair was silky soft! Casey even gave me some tips on how to avoid a flakey scalp in the future 🙏🏼

I recently had a deep clean facial, and it was a lovely experience. The treatment left my skin feeling refreshed and smooth. Lydia was professional and gentle, always checking in to see if I was comfortable. My complexion looks a lot clearer, and the head massage was a nice touch for relaxation. I highly recommend this facial to anyone looking for a cleanse to refresh their skin.

Every time I visit for my facials my skin looks so fresh and hydrated, all the girls are so lovely too! They have also put me on an at home skin care routine which has changed my skin, super greatful!

Amazing service. The body scrub, massage and facial set is great value for money and the staff are so attentive and kind. They use Payot products which left my skin feeling fantastic and dewy. Will return! :)
