Very good facial however a little disappointed because when I arrived I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but was told that the therapist who was doing my facial was not trained to do waxing. There was no consideration, no plan made to perhaps ask another therapist to do the waxing whilst the other therapist continued with my foot massage etc. I'm certain a little bit of thinking outside of the box could have resolved this. In addition, please can I ask that a lamp be used in the room as it is hard to relax with such a bright light overhead.

Chido gave me the most amazing facial. After a hectic week it was just what I need to lie there and doze off while she pampered me. The calming music, peaceful cool room and professional staff always make Tree Spa a real treat. Thank you .
