Amazing experience as always. Made to feel comfortable and in very knowledgeable hands. A session of luxury facial, derma planing and microneedling, followed by some filler. Lauren is such a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I love going to skin serenity - can’t wait for my Botox in 2 weeks! X

Had the Winter Spa ritual with Holly which consisted of a back, neck and shoulder massage, facial and Indian head massage. Was the best massage I’ve ever had. Holly is friendly and really listens to what you want. I would highly recommend and looking forward to another massage in the New Year.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the VIP ritual. From the start Elise made the atmosphere calming and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was perfect—every knot and bit of tension melted away, she has the most amazing hands! The facial was equally amazing. The products used smelled divine and were gentle yet effective. I had the winter spa escape ritual with Holly with a deep tissue massage. From the moment I stepped into the room, I felt myself relax! Holly chatted with me about any general aches and pains and what areas I would like her to focus on.The massage was just what I needed for my back and shoulders and even though I was sore for a couple of days afterwards, I definitely am feeling the benefit of it. The lavender compressions were a godsend and the facial left my skin feeling so refreshed. Would highly recommend Holly and will definitely be back! Thank you!
