Sonia is very professional and friendly at the same time. Explains the process or procedure and ensures you are comfortable with everything. Great service and treatment all round. I had laser treatments to kill off black facial hairs.

I was really sceptical about getting laser hair removal and didn't know if it would actually work. Been for my 4th session and honestly the results are amazing! Gemma is very knowledgeable, very thorough and talks me through everything and makes me feel at ease during and after treatment! Great at communicating before and after treatment. She’s always willing to go the extra mile, she’s very professional and amazing at her job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I go to Gemma for my lips and skin boosters and Botox and I can’t believe the difference in my skin it is unbelievable!
