I really enjoyed my facial treatment. The atmosphere was soothing. Romi was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products she was using. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment and tailored it to my skin's needs. Overall, I highly recommend trying a facial treatment. It was absolutely brilliant! Rose was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease as I've never had a skin consultation before or ever discussed facial/ skin care in such depth but still at a pace and level I could understand. She gave really great advice and whilst she throughly went through my background, and then my results - at no point did I feel obligated to make a purchase. It was all genuinely consultative advice and because of that, I would now consider further treatments and products. Shout out to having a knowledgeable and relatable consultant in Rose! 🌟
