I had a facial and manicure with Betsabe and it was very relaxing - Betsabe listened to what I wanted from the facial and delivered as my skin feels wonderful. My manicure was also beautifully done and I have already re booked. Really lovely atmosphere at the salon too.

The best of the best! There are levels to facialists and Chloe is in the elite. I have followed her from salon to salon for the past 10 years (these days travelling from Amsterdam to Berkhamsted just for a facial) there is really no one better if you want incredible skin. Over the years I have been lucky enough to treat myself to facials all over the world in some of the most prestigious clinics but honestly no one compares so I will be getting another flight booked for my next treatment.

I tried Chloe’s new Coolift treatment today and it was an amazing addition to my facial. I get a lot of questions about what I do to my skin and my answer is ‘Chloe’. I let her do whatever she thinks is best. It works. If you can get an appointment do it. You’ll never look back. There is nobody better to look after your skin. She’s also so lovely that it’s like chatting to a really good friend. I can’t recommend her enough.

This was the second time I have visited Chloe at Naturality Wellness Clinic. It was easy to park behind the building and I was welcomed into a lovely prepared room. Chloe once again told me all the steps she was taking with my facial and why. We talked about the recovery from the last facial and how this one was slightly different.
