Always a lovely experience getting a facial with Chloe that’s tailored to your skin needs. Truly a relaxing and peaceful experience focused on creating time for yourself. I also love travelling to Berkhamsted especially now with the beautiful weather the village is truly buzzing with wonderful eateries and coffee shops. The best of the best! There are levels to facialists and Chloe is in the elite. I have followed her from salon to salon for the past 10 years (these days travelling from Amsterdam to Berkhamsted just for a facial) there is really no one better if you want incredible skin. Over the years I have been lucky enough to treat myself to facials all over the world in some of the most prestigious clinics but honestly no one compares so I will be getting another flight booked for my next treatment.

I had a facial and manicure with Betsabe and it was very relaxing - Betsabe listened to what I wanted from the facial and delivered as my skin feels wonderful. My manicure was also beautifully done and I have already re booked. Really lovely atmosphere at the salon too.

Amazing! Chloe is lovely and so knowledgeable, giving me excellent advice about how to tailor my skincare routine. The Bespoke Glow facial exceeded my expections – so thorough and pampering, with fabulous results.

I tried Chloe’s new Coolift treatment today and it was an amazing addition to my facial. I get a lot of questions about what I do to my skin and my answer is ‘Chloe’. I let her do whatever she thinks is best. It works. If you can get an appointment do it. You’ll never look back. There is nobody better to look after your skin. She’s also so lovely that it’s like chatting to a really good friend. I can’t recommend her enough.
