I had a "moment to myself" treatment today. Massage and facial. As ever, a fabulous massage and facial with Kate. She reads my skin perfectly. It was just so relaxing. Kate is great. Stepping up every week ! Do feel core strength and balance is a lot better than even three weeks ago. Even the old legs are feeling a lot stronger ! Love the sessions, really look forward to feeling I've been hard at it, and only 30 minutes has passed. Hurrar, thanks Rich !!!

Really excellent personal training. Even though it was only 30 minutes it felt as strong as a session at the gym. So much more comfortable and convenient. Rich is a great trainer, attentive in assessing our needs and great fun to work with. We were safely in the hands of a total professional and are looking forward to having more stamina and better balance in the months to come. A great experience, thank you Rich.
