Chloe was absolutely fantastic, she was so lovely and explained everything so well… I had the massage with hot stones and a facial and can honestly say was one of the best I’ve had! Michaela really does have a way to relax you, with her positive energy, cosy warm and tranquil pod, warm blankets, and the dreamiest facial you could have wish for. Listening to the rain beat down on the outside of the pod was an additional bonus. Thank you, I went straight to bed and felt I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time 😊

I had a lovely experience with lunch first at the restaurant followed by an amazing 1 hour facial, back, neck and head massage by Cloe who is very good at what she does. The only drawback was the pool area was very crowded and noisy.

I had a facial and lash lift and tint, super relaxing!! The smells and overall experience is so sensory and special and I left feeling so fabulous. I don't have any skin concerns so wondered if I would feel the benefit but my skin is so so silky smooth and luxuriant that I can't wait to book again! Michaella is just so knowledgeable and has such a gorgeous way about her that you feel educated but not judged or talked down too, she's not atall pushy with her sales even though her stuff is the best!! Its my second trip to the pod and my 3rd treatment and I just can't rate her highly enough.

I find Georgia very professional and efficient in her work . Her nail work is extremely artistic and she can adapt colours and designs for what ever occasion. I am extremely pleased with my nails today and would highly recommend her. Also as a footnote I can highly recommend her facials and massages as well which I find really relaxing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
