Had a facial this evening with Gill—absolutely beautiful and relaxing. My 6:30 pm appointment was perfect, and the treatment was just what I needed. I feel incredibly relaxed now! This isn't my first visit, and I’ve had many treatments with Gill before. Each time, she delivers exceptional care, and I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I've been visiting Row at Facial Theory for just over a year now and have had several different types of treatments bespoke to my skin needs and I now have skin looking 10 years younger! Jill is amazing: I just had reflexology and a targeted facial, both divine. I also have mani-pedi, massages etc..with Jill, and they are all the best. Jill is also the kindest, most considerate person you’ll meet - I highly recommend her. Love the hairdressing team too, I would not go anywhere else now!
