I had the sculpt facial today with Zoe and it was amazing so relaxing especially after a busy night shift I literally felt all the tiredness and tension fade away, highly recommend this facial and also Zoe who makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable.

Had an amazing lymphatic drainage facial with Jordanne! Saw such a huge difference in my face straight away. Beautiful relaxing environment too. Felt so refreshed and my skin felt amazing too afterwards. Definitely be back.

I had a great first experience at The Cryo Lab - the team was very friendly and was able to move my appointments in a way that saved me a lot of time and made the experience a lot better. Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. From next month I will be doing the package so that I can escape reality once a month! Amazing amazing amazing xx

I travelled from Liverpool to begin my skin journey with Sophie, and she did not disappoint! I booked without a consultation, which I was a little nervous. However, after a brief discussion Sophie said I had picked the right treatment to begin with. The room was relaxing and very clean! The warm heat pad on the bed was amazing! Always love my treatments at The Cryo Lab, whether it’s the Cryo Chamber, getting a Spray Tan, or having a Cryo Facial. But my favourite is definitely the Body Balancing, it has such great benefits and I get to completely relax and even fall asleep during this treatment. Thank you to Lisa, always looks after me.

I had a prescriptive manicure after always struggling with my nails, I’ve now been coming to Poppy for some time now and my nails have not been in such a good for a very long time. She always takes the time to explain what she does & what products she’ll be using and why. She always exceeds my expectations and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails now. I also come to Poppy for my lash lifts, brow waxes and plan on having a facial with her soon. Her customer service is always perfect too, she will have a drink at your request prepared for you which is always nice as I visit after work

I had the glass skin facial and the results are amazing! My skin looks smoother and brighter. The treatment was relaxing and my face still feels hydrated days later. Demi was really professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend!

Not only was the facial incredible but the overall atmosphere of the therpay room was amazing. From the dim lights, warm bed and calming music Demi made me feel very comfortable. I have never felt more relaxed and glowing ✨️ I Will definitely be booking in again. 💕
