I visited Remedi Medispa for the AgeJet treatment on my face, including eye area, lips and neck. I received the usual warm welcome. Had a lovely face cleanse first that smelled and felt devine! Then a cool jelly mask was placed onto my face to hydrate my skin before the treatment. The AgeJet was a warm sensation which I enjoyed it made me feel really relaxed. I loved feeling like it was zapping away my fine lines and wrinkles!! I know it takes up to 4 months to see the true results but I did feel like there was a difference straightaway and have noticed more contours in my cheeks. I Love it!!

I have Been going to Amy for a while now for a deep cleansing facial and she is amazing and is always so welcoming. I was never confident with my skin but since going to Amy for a regular facial my skin has become so much more healthier and I am now more confident in my skin. Thank you so much Amy x

First experience having a deep cleansing facial and it was amazing and I felt so relaxed through the whole treatment. Amy was so welcoming and talked me throughout each step of my treatment. Amy was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of skin care guidance which I found very helpful. I’ve tried the bio relax mat Post illness when I lacked energy. I found the mat really relaxing but also energising. It gives a lovely warm glow to the body and changes seem subtle but it was after I had used the mat that I could notice the difference in my energy levels. It also helped to restore my night time sleep patterns.

Excellent ' never had a facial before' felt great afterwards, all the staff were lovely. Great experience, thoroughly recommend.

My treatment was a Mothers Day treat from my daughter. The massages was excellent but the facial was the best I have had. So much time and effort was put into it. Worth every penny and the whole experience was truly remarkable and look forward too my next one. Skin looked good and people re remarked on how good my face looked .

Dolly did my Hifu facial and it was amazing and plenty of time and care was taken in the process. Would 100% recommend this Clinic

First time at Phoenix Beauty today, my usual place has recently relocated, so was looking for somewhere local, and found this appointment for an eyebrow wax easy to book on line. I was given a friendly welcome by Poppy, where I waited in the salon, that looked clean, bustling and well equipped. Poppy showed me through to one of the treatment rooms, ambient lighting and very comfortable couch. She took her time and we chatted the whole time. I am very happy with the results. Will be booking again and can highly recommend. Looking forward to trying maybe a facial or a massage. Thank you.

I was gifted a voucher from friends to use at Phoenix Beauty which I used today towards a massage and facial. Both treatments were great and the pamper I was after, thank you Poppy! Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated! I will definitely be back for further treatments, thanks again x
