Lucy is the best of the best! She is a facial artist and gives her honest opinion on what you may or even may not need. Everything she has done has been beautifully natural but still noticeable to yourself. She is also just a lovely person too who gives great service.

As I had never had a facial before I was a bit nervous and had no idea which type would be better suited to my skin. Lauren was great and recommended which one she thought would be best suited.
