Jemma was fantastic! Very kind and entertaining but most importantly very knowledgeable. I've been multiple times for facials and had a really good experience each time.

Had the most amazing facial and microneedling with Hattie today. My skin looks so glowy and fresh just from this first treatment! Can’t wait to come back already. Cant recommend enough! Xxx

I've been getting my nails done here for 2 years and the standard is always so high and the atmosphere is great - you can have a good old chat and a laugh or just a bit of peace for an hour! I just had the Signature Deluxe Sculpting Facial Massage with Ellie and I am so impressed. Best facial I've ever had, 75 minutes of pure heaven and my chin feels/looks distinctly less chinny afterwards 😂. I highly recommend!

Just home and feeling completely relaxed after another amazing facial with Chloe at Luer! This was my second monthly treatment as part of the “Oh She Glows” package, and Chloe never disappoints. She provides a full, indulgent experience—while my face mask worked its magic, she treated me to a soothing hand and arm massage. My skin feels incredible, as always. Thank you, Chloe!
