I love a facial that genuinely feels effective and tailored to my skin’s needs – and that’s exactly what I experienced today. It’s clear that Cleo has excellent knowledge of skincare and knows how to customise treatments based on each client’s specific skin type. I really enjoyed my facial and will definitely be recommending Cleo to family and friends. The Shy Studio also has a beautiful, relaxing, and feminine atmosphere that really adds to the experience.

Hands down the best facial I have ever had. It’s what you always wish a facial to be. So many amazing techniques used, loved the brush work and sculpting facial massage in particular! She has really kick started my skin care life. The custom analysis was so interesting and the advice she gave me and products have made so much difference. It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time visiting The beauty lounge and I must say I was really impressed, I had a facial which is one of the best I have ever had and a back neck and shoulder massage, would defiantly recommend! Will be back for sure, the lady who done it for me was honestly lovely and so attentive, even though her English was little, this wasn’t a problem and she communicated perfectly and is one of the reasons I would go back!
