Cleo is amazing - incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and also LOVELY. My skin was luminous, lit from within and so translucent. Best it’s ever looked after a facial. She also gave clear, simple skin advice which was so refreshing. Love her!

I love a facial that genuinely feels effective and tailored to my skin’s needs – and that’s exactly what I experienced today. It’s clear that Cleo has excellent knowledge of skincare and knows how to customise treatments based on each client’s specific skin type. Hands down the best facial I have ever had. It’s what you always wish a facial to be. So many amazing techniques used, loved the brush work and sculpting facial massage in particular! She has really kick started my skin care life. The custom analysis was so interesting and the advice she gave me and products have made so much difference. First time visiting The beauty lounge and I must say I was really impressed, I had a facial which is one of the best I have ever had and a back neck and shoulder massage, would defiantly recommend!
