Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely gorgeous Crystal Clear microdermabrasion deluxe facial with Holly! Walked into the salon with dull, tired skin with angry spot areas and walked out with the cleanest, softest, brightest skin and loads less angry spot areas. Plus the neck and shoulder massage was so so relaxing. A definitely must have treatment. Thank you so much Holly ❤️

A lovely appointment in Karen's secret spa corner in her garden. My massage was fantastic and she really worked on the areas I highlighted before she started. I can move my arm much more freely than I have been able to in ages! First time I've had this type of facial. It was bizarre but nice and my skin looks amazing. Thanks Karen, I'll definitely be back.

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter.
