I had the best micro needling facial and b12 injection by Emma - I feel so relaxed, energised and pampered. Emma is the most professional and gentle paramedic. Never disappointed after my 4th appointment at black ivy. Recommend 100 times over.

First facial with micro needling. Did not hurt at all (I was expecting it to hurt of course) and could instantly see the difference. My skin looked so much more plump. My skin was looking dull and tired and this facial really helped fix that. Ashleigh is amazing at what she does xx

Sophie was very welcoming, friendly, actively listened, I actually felt heard and was able to adapt the treatment I had initially booked in for.
